I came to stay with you in October this year after we booked to stay in Eden Theatre District Hotel and was so disappointed with the room and service; we walked out and were refused a refund.

It was so kind of you to find us accommodation at such short notice; we stayed on the love boat and loved it!! The Jacuzzi bath was a real unexpected treat which was exactly what was needed after such as bad night sleep at the Eden Hotel.

Fredric's son was so helpful and did us a fantastic deal, we have stayed with Fredric rent a bike on many occasions and we have now learnt a hard lesson when booking elsewhere, we should have known to stick with the great service and apartments from you all at Fredric. Thanks again for rescuing our holiday.

We will be back to see you again next year and can’t wait :-)

Nous avons passé 3 jours magnifiques à Amsterdam. Merci à vous, l'équipe Frederic.nl pour votre accueil chaleureux! Le Houseboat est vraiment sympathique et bien situé. C'est un séjour que nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier. D'ailleurs nous reviendrons très prochainement et nous essayerons volontiers un autre de vos petits bateaux.

We just wanted to drop you a note to say what a great time and wonderful experience we had on our first visit to Amsterdam for New Years. Our accommodations on the house boat were fantastic and made our trip even more special than we ever expected. It was such a pleasure to meet you and your family and can’t thank you enough for the hospitality you showed us. Ann and I are already planning our next trip back to your lovely city. We hope to be able to come back again later this fall, possibly either October or early November. When we have our plans in place we will definitely be in contact with you to arrange our stay. The Kopf’s (Hope & Ken) wanted us to pass on their thanks for a great stay as well.

Comments: We just wanted to say thank you for being so accommodating this past weekend! My fiance, Sean, and I stayed in the bathroom suite from Saturday to Monday. We really appreciate you being so understanding about the credit card situation. You guys were also extremely helpful with the map! We don't know what we would've done without it! It was great getting an inside perspective into some of less touristy aspects of Amsterdam. We practically lived at Winkels! Loved their apple pie!
